About Me

Kitchen of Insights is a reference to positive, encouraging and accepting environment, which promotes the achievement of insight. I love cooking in my kitchen, and I believe that like in cooking, we all also have different ingredients available to us in life. We can use these ingredients to together create wonderful culinary experiences.

I bring into the mix calm, positive energy, planning and purposefulness. When you combine this with the skills and traits of other participants, we end up with great results. I am prepared to work with you on both professional and personal issues and to support you in such way that you can live a rewarding life in line with your personal values.

Coaching is the most important tool in achieving insight in our kitchen. I believe that we all have the best answers inside of us and coaching is truly a great tool for discovering them. Of course, insight is also achieved through new information and different perspectives.
